- How do I find my size?
You must order a sizing kit to determine your nail sizes.
2. What is a sizing kit?
A sizing kit is a pack of 10 nails of all sizes of the shape/length that your prefer. Once your find your measurements from the kit, you can enter your sizes in the “notes to seller” box in the checkout.
3. What if I order the wrong size?
Unfortunately, Her Fave Boutique is not responsible for the wrong size being ordered. To avoid this, please order a sizing kit.
4. I accidentally ordered the wrong design/shape. Can I change it?
Absolutely! You have 24 hours from the time of your order to modify or cancel your order. After those 24 hours have passed, your order cannot be canceled or modified.
5. If I order a sizing kit for one shape, does that mean those are my sizes for every shape?
No. Your sizes will vary based on the shape. You may wear a size Medium in Long Coffin but may be a size Small in Short Coffin. To avoid ordering the wrong size, please purchase a sizing kit for each shape that you are interested in.
6. When will I receive my nails?
Since every set of nails are hand made, the turn around time for this process is 1-3 weeks (it can also be sooner than 1 week but this is an estimate). Orders will be shipped out as soon as they are complete. Shipping is 3-5 business days.
7. Can I return my nails or exchange them?
Since every set of nails are designed specifically for each customer, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If your order arrives damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and your statement.
8. Can I reuse my nails?
Yes! Each set of our nails are reusable!
9. What glue is recommended?
We recommend the MIA Secret Strong Jet glue. With glue, you can wear the nails for 1-3 weeks and 1-2 days with nail adhesive tabs.
10. When will my accessories be shipped out?
All accessories are shipped out 3-4 business days after your order is placed UNLESS it is in the same order as a set of nails. If an accessory is purchased with a set of nails, they HAVE to be shipped out together. If you don't want them to ship out together, we recommend placing a separate order for each item.
11. Can I return my accessories?
We do not accept returns of any kind. All sales are final. Please keep this in mind when purchasing. If any of your items are damaged upon arrival, please email email@example.com pictures of your items within 2 days of receiving.
12. When will my HER x SZN merch ship out?
All merch items are shipped out 3-4 business days after your order is placed UNLESS it is in the same order as a set of nails. If merch is purchased with a set of nails, they HAVE to be shipped out together. If you don't want them to ship out together, we recommend placing a separate order for each item.
13. My HER x SZN merch doesn’t fit. I want a refund.
Although we are sad that your merch doesn’t fit, we do not offer refunds. HOWEVER, you can exchange for a different size or receive store credit. Both of these offers are only good 21 days from the time you received your package.
14. My order said it was delivered but I didn't receive anything. Where is my order?! (Please read if your order doesn't have a delivery date or is lost).
Once your order is completed, it is picked up by USPS. Once USPS picks up the package, it is out of our possession and Her Fave Boutique hands all responsibility over to USPS. From that point on, it is USPS's responsibility to get your package to you and Her Fave Boutique is not responsible for any lost packages and is not obligated to refund or replace these orders.
If your package says it was delivered but you didn't receive anything: please check your mailbox, check with your neighbors since it could have been delivered to the wrong address, or reach out to your local post office.
If you still do not have your package after following the steps above, you can file a claim with USPS.
15. My order was sent back. Can you ship it back out?
Your order can be re-shipped for a small fee. Please email us to ensure we have the package.
